6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Kurniatoto reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold outstanding balances pending investigation and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Kurniatoto platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, audio clips and the overall design of the website — is the intellectual property of Kurniatoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable period. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and compliance with these terms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, Kurniatoto reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
